1What are the kit options?

There are a variety of kit options – it is completely up to you! Whatever you choose it is heavily discounted at a one time kit only special at 40% off retail and you can design your kit to meet every budget and need. If you simply want to indulge your passion for our skincare and makeup products, or perhaps make some money by sharing our ranges with family and friends, then you can select products for a minimum of only RM500 (after your 40% discount has been applied).

On the other hand, should you be looking to build a business and earn a meaningful income, then you can get a full kit with one of everything you want. Make the most of it when you a registering for your Ambassadorship!

2HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY KIT?

You can pay by internet transfer or credit card.

3WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AMBASSADOR ACCOUNT HOLDER AND AN AMBASSADOR?

The only real difference between an Account Holder and an Ambassador comes in terms of the kit they purchase. Generally, Account Holders purchase less because they either want to test out the business or because they simply want to share with family and friends.

4What discount can I expect to earn?

We have a generous compensation system, with discount paid monthly based on the amount you sell in the month. The following discounts apply:

- RM3000 and below 20% discount
- RM3001 and above: 30% discount

5What do I have to do to stay active?

To remain active as as an ambassador you must maintain a minimum of RM500 in sales in a month. This is only a couple of products per month.

6Do I receive a discount on any products I purchase?

Yes, as an Ambassador or Ambassador Account Holder, you are entitled to purchase products at a 20% discount.

7Do I have to hold get togethers?

No. You can remain active simply by sharing the products with family and friends or by meeting with others one-on-one and introducing them to the ranges.

8What training can I expect to receive?

For new ambassadors we have a comprehensive Induction Program in the Ambassador Back Office that takes you step-by-step through the essentials – including information about the company, products and brands you are selling, how to build contacts, organize and hold get togethers and so on.

We also have our much-loved Business Companion folder (which our Ambassadors always keep close), offering a detailed breakdown of the ingredients and benefits of every single product in our range. You can purchase this from your back office.

In addition, we host webinars , there is an Ambassador support group on Facebook, we hold regular training sessions in their area or on skype, we have a wonderful Annual Conference, and there is a heap of extra information in the Training and Resources section of the Ambassador Back Office.

9How often are new products introduced?

We regularly introduce new products. This includes new colours or skews for products in our makeup range (e.g. lipsticks) as well as entirely new products. We are always looking to refine and expand our ranges and understand that this is an important component of your business and your ability to stay in touch with your customers.
