Postage

Postage of World Organics products is through Pos Malaysia service, Ruby Face Sdn Bhd distribution company. We aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt and despatch within 72 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

Customs


Customs Tariffs:

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.


Customs Declaration:

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value.

Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control in some countries products may be undeliverable.

Returns

The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by email or post. Ruby Face hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.


Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within a period of ten working days beginning with the day you place your order.


POLISI BELI BALIK RUBY FACE SDN BHD

1. Pihak syarikat memberi jaminan pembelian balik (pemulangan produk) produk-produk yang telah dijual kepada stokis dan ahli ialah dalam tempoh masa enam (6) bulan iaitu bersamaan 180 hari selepas tarikh belian dan akan membayar balik dengan harga sebanyak 90% daripada harga belian dan caj sebanyak 10% akan di kenakan untuk kos pengendalian dan kos pengurusan.

2. Pembayaran balik (pemulangan produk) tidak akan dilakukan oleh syarikat sekiranya berlaku kerosakan ke atas produk yang disebabkan oleh kecuaian / kelalaian stokis, ahli dan pelanggan.

3. Pembayaran balik akan dilakukan setelah pengedar melengkapkan Borang Tuntutan beserta dengan produk yang dikembalikan dalam keadaan baik dan sempurna jika belum luput tempoh di label produk dan masih dalam keadaan baik dari segi kandungan produk dan pembungkusannya.

Pos Malaysia

For returns please email us at: contact@worldorganics.com.my. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Cost of returning the product to Ruby Face Sdn Bhd is at the customers cost. Returned products are subject to fair wear and tear, goods are returned in the same condition as when delivered.

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.


Faulty goods

You may exchange your goods if the goods in your order are faulty within 14 days of receipt. When exchanging faulty goods please email: contact@worldorganics.com.my
